General: Waterborne Base coat, based on Acrylic and Polyurethane Dispersions. WearMax 

Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 dries clear on all surfaces covered with Xtreme Finish, Vinyl, 

Rubber and Linoleum. 

Properties: WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 is specially formulated to create a chemical 

bond on the non-porous substrates mentioned above. It guaranties superior sunlight resistance as 

well as excellent flow. WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 is VOC compliant and water 

soluble if not cured. WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 levels perfectly and dries fast. As 

WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 is applied on non-porous substrate additional 

sanding in not required. If contamination with dust or debris is noticed WearMax Professional 

Adhesion Primer 6507 can be buffed with floor buffer using a maroon pad.

Application: 

• If WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 is applied on Xtreme Wear Resistant 
  finish, abrade floor with floor buffer and maroon pad. 
• Vacuum and tack thoroughly. 
• If applied on vinyl, VCT or linoleum strip substrate with stripper for PVC and rinse with 
  plenty of clear water.
• Allow dry time of 3 – 4 hours. 
• Apply 1 coat of WearMax Professional Primer 6507 with a lightweight T-Bar and short nap 
  applicator sleeve and roll with Trustor Roller applicator immediately.
• Allow dry time of 3 – 4 hours. 
• If necessary: Buff with maroon Pad. 
• Apply WearMax Professional Armor and WearMax Professional Shield (see Technical Data Sheet).
• WearMax Professional Adhesion Primer 6507 is free of formaldehyde, insecticides/pesticides 
  and heavy metals (according to EN 71).
